Settings fields are too short

In the user account settings, under the Roundcubemail Settings for your IMAP account heading, the fields are too short to put in the credentials for my site. In particular, the user field is too short for usernames in the form of username@electricteaparty.net, and the server field is too short for the mailserver mail.electricteaparty.net.

Also, it would be nice to be able to get rid of this section altogether. Since all member email at electricteaparty.net follows the same naming convention and uses the same server, I would like to be able to set these settings as a default in the Admin area.

Looking forward to using this module, once it becomes usable on my site! :)
