Hello,

Great module, thanks for writing this.

When I enter text into "Abuse form intro text" in admin/settings/abuse, is it supposed to show up on the flag page (abuse/report/node/11)? It doesn't seem to work for me.

This problem is addressed in the patch I uploaded here: http://drupal.org/node/167482

Here's a patch for just this issue. I put the intro text at the top which seems reasonable...Took from http://drupal.org/node/167482 above but since that patch has a lot of items, figured it's best to split this one out.
