Option to allow/ disallow inclusion in teaser

I know there is an active issue of displaying the first image in the teaser view. However I think the simple fix would be to add in an option by each delete in the U/I that states "Include in Teaser." When selected, it should include the picture in teaser view. Otherwise, if not selected it should not include the picture in teaser view. This will allow simple filtering so that people can decide what pictures go into teaser view and not all of them.
