Since Page manager and Panels integrate tightly, it is difficult to note where the border between them is. If you configure a custom page step by step, the border is here! Below is a description of the final steps for configuring a custom page and getting its content from Panels. If you are creating another type of custom page (such as HTTP response code), you won't see these settings.
