I noticed the Use Permission doesn't do anything at all. It's just sitting there. It should, from my understanding, keep users from earning points. When this is fixed User2User points will need to be fixed because of the subtraction process.

Role exempt seems to do what I was wanting, but User2User points still needs to check for exemptions.

Interesting. Correct "use userpoints" is not an active permission. Should it be removed?

This permission is erroneous and doesn't actually do anything. I have removed the permission from being able to be set until code exists to use it.
