I am glad that I am writing the first issue for this module. actually there is no issue... it is a doubt/feature request.

can I use this module to setup conditional actions based on CCK field values?

Let's say I have to send an order email to customer based on CCK field value, so I'll have to setup conditional actions.

I think you should look for another module. uc_cck_access allows to sell access to nodes and cck fields. I.e. you can have premium content (say a video) that you put on a node and sell as an Ubercart product. Totally different from what you are asking for.
