Sorry for my bad english...

I'm installed the CKEditor and work it. He had previously installed the CKEditor module, this module had a settings page with toolbar editor for add/remove/edit/create buttons and order/add separator dragging with clic. But this module, just i can select bottons (Yes/No), i can't select the order. And i can't know how create a new button...

It's possible edit the toolbar like a CKEditor module?.

I'm sorry for this very long delay, I completely lost your issue in the queue.

Sorting/grouping toolbar buttons is being worked on in #277954: Allow to sort editor buttons, and it's been pretty close to being merged into the main branches for a while, but there's been little time to polish it yet.
The UI isn't as fancy as the one in the CKEditor module (like using the icons for each editor's buttons), since we have to support multiple editors and can't make as many assumtions about how icons are handled, but it's functional.
