Could you please release 1.7? After the 1.0 release there is no reason for any issue to be a release blocker.

Thanks a lot! An easy guideline is to just create releases periodically. You don't want to wait for issue B to be fixed until the fix for issue A (which was fixed 3 months ago, for instance) to be available to end users.
