Hi I was just wondering to know about drupal's modules I am currently trying to get a yahoo webhosting service and use drupal with it to built a social network and I was just wondering to know if there's a page for adding more drupal modules?

The modules list can be found here: you can sort the modules list by most installed see: http://drupal.org/project/modules/?filters=type%3Aproject_project%20im_v...

with that list you can control the sorting of the modules by most installed, newest ... and so on.
