I have enabled spaces, spaces_taxonomy, spaces_ui and PURL. I don't have OG enabled and would like to avoid it if possible as I'm not really doing group stuff - it's more about making mini-sites.

I have enabled a vocabulary to be used with spaces, and have created a term called "mini", with a PURL path of "mini".

When I go to /mini/node/add and create content it ends up on /mini/path_to_content

This is all excellent, and exactly what I want!

What I am confounded by is how to then do anything contextually with that space?

If I create a context with the paths "mini" and "mini/*" it is not active when in the space. How would I go about creating a context or other means of altering things such as the theme?

I've read all the documentation and lines 180 - 200 sound promising but "Set the space to have the desired set of enabled feature" is brutally enigmatic and all the following steps don't match anything I can see or do?!

Any and all help much appreciated! :D

1. Goto, or create, a space which uses the preset you wish to change. - where exactly to go?
I find this part of the documentation completely useless...

What we need - a simple example that explains what and how we can configure.
