The CCK no access and launch help text overrides are misbehaving. Problem.

When I override the CCK no access text and not the launch help text, or perhaps vice versa, the resulting output in a view or on the node is broken HTML text. I was trying to configure the my setup to have no 'launch help' text and a 'no access' text override when I observed the problem. Currently I can get what I want by using CSS.

I think this bug is a remnant from when the code used to allow text overrides in the admin settings area.
