Doesn't work with Drupal 5.1. Documentation is piss-poor too. "admin/node" gives an error 404 ("file not found").

Did you look at the screenshots to see where to go?
An option becomes available under content management (update options) and also a local tab appears at the top of that page.

Are you using a theme that doesn't support local tabs?
