This is very odd, but after adding and enabling Flag, there is no sign of it in views. The default view is not there, nor are there any references to flags in fields or filters. Flags does seem to be working otherwise.

See this handbook page on Views integration in Flag. It's for D6 but the same concepts apply. You first have to add a relationship for Flag before any fields/filters/sorts become available. http://drupal.org/node/296971

Thanks-- I never thought of looking in Relationships, but that makes sense. I guess the default bookmarks view is not implemented in D7.
