I have a Product content type with a list field of Groups (another content type). I would like to be able to have a 'Select All' item in the Groups list that allows the user to relate the product to all groups.

Note: This isn't the same as selecting all current items in the groups list because if a new group is then added, it would not be selected. Select All should select all groups, current and future.

Similarly, is there a way to do this for the taxonomy? Say I want to relate the product to all items in the taxonomy (current and future), is there a way to achieve this?

Anybody? This seems like a pretty basic necessity. I know I can do this with a static list of values, but when I'm populating the list with nodes I don't have a way to add an 'All' or 'Select All' item.

Roger, any headway in this? I am actually looking for help with a static list only..a select list of states in a content type. Would you be able to help me?
