1st a big Thank you for bringing this module back to life.
my questions regards "Ingredients"
1) are they are searchable - as line items - or will they be
2) are they searchable as the "textarea" method - or will they will
3) do you have palsn to make "Ingredients" a cat/term/tax ?

As I understand it, this sort of thing is usually handled by creating your own set of categories for the main ingredients, eg. Chicken for all chicken dishes. I think it'd be overkill to have all ingredients as terms, unless I've misunderstood what you're asking here.
