How can I add the digg this button on my front page for each of my nodes? Right now it's only appearing on the node page.

This is not possible with the current version. While creating this module I noticed that it increases page loads too much, when you add the digg button to each node in teaser lists. If you want to use it to get your start page dugg you need to insert the javascript code manually for example in a block or in the template.
