When using scripts with ivr menu then we get following warnings:

Undefined index: i in VoipScript->addRunIvrMenu() (line 597 of /home/content/69/9128069/html/voipdrupal/sites/all/modules/voipdrupal/modules/voipcall/voipscript.inc).

Undefined index: t in VoipScript->addRunIvrMenu() (line 597 of /home/content/69/9128069/html/voipdrupal/sites/all/modules/voipdrupal/modules/voipcall/voipscript.inc).
