I'm trying to do some data migration and have made it pretty far but I have a few questions if anyone can help.

When creating a category what tables are updated?
What about a term?
What about a sub term to that?
and finally what about content such as a weblink?

I think I have been looking at this too long and my eyes are glazed over.

Basically I've migrated some weblinks from PostNuke and the main cats work fine and the links under them are fine. When I add a sub cat and hover the link from the main web link page most are 0 and go nowhere.

If I click on the main cat and then on the sub cat on the following page It is the correct number for the term or node. In the admin area it shows the correct number for the sub cat as well. It's almost as if there are 2 sub cats named the same thing but a look into the term table shows 1. Is there a table I forgot to update when migrating?
