Typo in "Project Maintainer with Empty Repository" instructions?

The instructions for empty repositories currently look like this:

In addition to this being weird to copy/paste because it keeps hovering/underlining, it is linking to http://drupal.org/node/1054616 which doesn't have anything to do with creating a repository, as far as I can see.

http://drupal.org/admin/settings/project-git-instructions shows a stray <a href="/node/1054616"> without a closing tag in there, which looks like a mistake.

If there are no objections, I'm going to go ahead and remove that later today.
