Specify which taxonomies to use

Description
I have specified both manual and drupal categories - this works exactly as the module says it should.
However - I have three taxonomies. One is used for system stuff (access, theme control etc). One for family things and the other for more general. Only the last one is at all relevant for technorati.
It would be nice to have the ability to say taxonomies 1 and 3 are used, 2, 4 and 5 are not.
