(bug split from #1585912: Reference to importattachmentid column should have been to customavatarimportid)

When importing using the vB to Birthdays module enabled vB to Drupal fails with the error message:

Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'theoc7.field_data_birthdays' doesn't exist

This functionality of vB to Drupal was built but never really tested, which is why it contains an obvious bug like this one.

To fix this: vB to Drupal should include an import step that adds the birthdays field to the user entity.
