Issue Summary
When I'm editing a gallery as a Content Creator, the handy little contextual menu with options for Removing and Editing individual slides does not appear when I hover over a gallery image. (It does appear for Admin users, but not for CCs.)

This is strange... I'm obviously missing something I dug around for a bit, but could not determine why the links would not display for the content creator role. I will dig in further to resolve this as this is a considerable UI/UX fail.

Ha! It was the "use contextual links" permission. Didn't realise that was controlled separately.
