Use of current-page:url:args replacement token

I have a page url: www.mysite.com/content/stores/126/hours
I would like to get the 126 (node number) out of the url to create a new link using the 126 in a new link, as in www.mysite.com/node/126

Would [current-page:url:args] be the appropriate token to use? I'm unsure of the syntax for specifying the position of the "126" to the token.
