I want to award points with rules to flagging a content. I only want to award the point the first time a user flags the content.

I added a condition "NOT Node has flagging count" (if greater than 1) but it stopped awarding points to users flagging the content for the first time and users flagging the content the second time after removing their initial flag.

Do you mean:

1. Only award the first user that flag that content.

or

2. Only award users the first time they flag that content (lets say the users flag, unflag, flag, unflag, flag that content).
