yo, um....documentation

I'm in agreement. My first reaction is that this looks promising and cool, but I really have no idea what it does or what I'm supposed to do. Some basic documentation and a use case or two would be a tremendous help.

You bet guys, of course. We sat on these modules for 3 months just dreaming of the time we'd be able to get them up. So we pulled the trigger just to get them in people's hands - which isn't that helpful so far.

We want to work on some video tutorials asap. If you have specific ideas/uses in mind, drop us an email and we'll either try to include it in the tutorial or help you directly. Bottom line, we really believe this kind of work is going to push drupal forward in a great way, and we want to contribute to any community doing like minded things. Keep in touch with us. And don't hesitate to push us a bit with ideas/timeline/frustrations/whatever. We're big boys. We can take it...

I assume oyoaha will allow quick use of the pre-existing Google widgets from e.g. http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/documentation/com.google.gwt.doc.Devel... ... but how to do that?

We added some quick and dirty instruction on the project page for this module. Unfortunately I think the excitement for this module is simply due to it having 'AJAX' in the title. It doesn't help you create or tweak (well, style is included) AJAX widgets, it only helps you integrate them fairly simply with your Drupal site. But the assumption here is that the AJAX widget itself was built in a way it could be inserted into the Drupal site. The two widgets we reference as examples on our site are simple 'animation effects' widgets that don't push or call data. (An animated "loading widget' would be another example.) Hope this doesn't dash anyone's hopes.

Don't hesitate to drop us an email if you have specific questions for you situation. We don't mind offering help this way at all. The least we can do is tell you if this module is the right fit for your situation.

However, after enabling the module, I do not find 'GWT' anywhere in the admin menu. If I had, I would probably have figured out the rest. Perhaps that's the reason why folks have been calling for instructions...?

Yikes. There you have it. We'll work on getting a new release up that we currently use in production (which we thought was the one offered now). Thanks for that.
