I guess zh_cn_utf8 option should be added in tinymce settings in line 735 of tinymce.module
I hope it can be added in next release.

This version of TinyMCE is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
