CSS and IE Compatibility

Hi, I use rotating banner to create a bunch of banners inline, which works great in firefox, chrome and some other broswers but not IE.

Attached are two screenshots in comparison. Can anyone tell me what div I should work on so that the display of banners in IE can be the basically the same as in other browses?
