Your description indicates it "leverages" ShURLy. How does it leverage it? What's improved / changed / moved / made more awesome?

Since ShURLy is pretty great as it is, it would help to explain what this module does differently.

This is not a module, it is an install profile/distribution. It contains ShURLy, dependencies, a theme and some basic configuration for running a simple URL shortener. You can just download it, drop it in the profiles folder and install a simple URL shortener site, like at http://ooh.dk/

It provides no new functionality, only convenience and packaging :)
