Make Promote & Sticky options go away? (Also disable redundant image sections?)

Since the Promote to Front Page and Make Sticky options don't do much in Julio, penguininja suggested we could just make them disappear, which would be sweet!

(On a similar note, in one of our previous conversations, penguininja and I had also discussed disabling the Image and Additional Images sections that appear beneath the Body section when creating/editing a node. They end up kind of redundant thanks to the Add Media and Image buttons on the toolbar. Is making those sections disappear still an option?)
