I am not sure if this is a general issue but after activating the module the links to the translated nodes didn't work. The links linked '/node/view/X' but my drupal installation only supported '?q=node/X'. This could be an installation problem on my part but I did try and look around for this issue but came up empty. It's easly fixed if it is a real problem.
