Module Controls Not Displaying [#1589178]

Hi All,

I cannot pin down if this is happening because of the module or because of something on my site. I have the module installed, but then it does not show up in my list when I go to admin/config/search (see attached files)

Only happens for this module

This isn't a xmlsitemap issue. Have you tried to clear your cache? Do you have an external cache running on the server? Make sure you clear the browser data as well.
