Steps to duplicate.

  1. Create content type with weight.
  2. Keep default weight = 0.
  3. Create feature for content type.
  4. Enable this feature.
  5. Update content type's default weight value to equal '-1'.
  6. Review the content type's feature. It will NOT show overridden.

We'll need to implement the CTools Exportables API to gain compatibility with Features. This would be nice to have, but I'm not sure when I'll have time to get to it. Patches always welcome!
