I couldn't install/enable any new modules after installing/enabling Quotations without getting WSOD..

After disabling/removing, I could install and enable modules again.

+Ugh, +disabling Quotations allowed me to install CCK Blocks, +but upon attempting to enable Panels...

Sorry - this was a mysql issue, in the end.

can you turn on php error reporting and grab the error? wsod isn't enough information to go on.
