Today i saw this weird error message on Drupal.org login page(A screenshot is attached.):

"The username minhhieu has not been activated or is blocked."

I tried to reproduce error by opening a new page and refreshing existing page; and i saw this message 2 times. I don't have a any account in any site with minhhieu(or similar one) username. I am sure i did not type this by accident. I wonder whether my PC(i use a Linux distro, Ubuntu) has some kind of virus/trojan or Drupal.org has a bug.

PS: I was not sure what to choose for Component and Category, i chose more relevant ones.

Did you encounter this message with the same account you used to post this message?
How did you eventually log in?

For what it's worth, I don't personally think it's a virus - my guess would be a caching issue somewhere between Drupal's server and your browser. Do you use a proxy server?

Thank you for your answer.

I saw it as soon as i opened login page(before typing username or doing anything). When i typed my username and password i could login.

Actually i was going to add my suspects that similar to your guess but i was not sure and did not want to give misinformation. The day before this error occured, i set up TOR, added FoxyProxy add-on; although TOR was not active while i was trying to login Drupal.org, TOR settings and browser caches etc. might have produced this weird situation somehow.

If so, do you think this(TOR or any proxy thing) can create security issues? (I am pretty new to Linux, so any suggestion is appreciated.)

It is indeed not a virus but most probably caching issue. There is already similar issue: #1570362: I got an error message intented for someone else?
So I am going to close this one as duplicate.
