I was using v1.3.
I'm in Germany. Website is in UK. I restricted country to "United Kingdom" only and it was working.

Now I upgrade to 1.4 and the message appears again for me.

If it's an SSL website (?) then that might be due to #1554694: SSL Websites.

I am also having this issue, and it's May 25th. I am not running an SSL website.

I'm not sure what information I can provide that would be useful here. I'm happy to work with a debugger, though.

This is fixed in the latest dev branch and dev snapshot release when it is re-built.
