My website's links and menu are all broken.
Any link you click gives you "The page you requested is NOT AVAILABLE
A general error has occurred" including the "Home "and "Login" buttons.
Consequently, I can't even do anything to the site.
Any help will be appreciated.

is clean urls enabled?
is the .htaccess file in the root of your install?
have you cleared the database cache tables?
Problem Resolved
It was due to incomplete propagation of my DNS settings from my previous host to the new one.
