That link (http://drupal.org/node/53798) returns: "Access denied"

I just tried the unix command line upgrade and I still get access denied. Any suggestions?

I changed the main page (http://drupal.org/drupal-5.1) to point to the current upgrade docs. The original command line instructions page is outdated and unpublished so it is not accessible. You should refer to the main upgrade docs at http://drupal.org/upgrade/ instead.
