Header image not set

Hi,

Currently using the stable version of picture reloaded v2.2, and noggin of v1.0.
I check on the checkbox labelled ""Use a header image", then I uploaded an image (.jpg) using the browse button. For the ccs header selector, i type #header .header-inner

But then nothing happen. The header image at my homepage for this theme is still the default header image that comes with the picture reloaded theme.
