One of the web nodes lost a power-supply yesterday when it was turned back on after a RAM upgrade. It looks like the box is no longer under warranty (it only had 1 year). Can the association purchase a new one and have it shipped to us ASAP? Shipping address: http://osuosl.org/info/location.

Server is under warranty. We have a next day replacement. We need to troubleshoot what could be a redundant power supply. New part if necessary will be there on Monday. We should upgrade the support contract to 4 hour turn around.

I assume the dead power supply arrived on Monday. I am closing this issue and the infrastructure.drupal.org site now has service tags for all Drupal owned and loaned hardware! Thanks OSUOSL!
