A view contains 2 views_bulk_operations_modify_action. The one is changing a field from one value to another. The second one is a entityreference.

When pressing the "action" button in the VBO View to start this action VBO takes me to a second side. This second site never finished loading in IE9. I can see the options but I can't do anything there.

It doesn't make any difference when only 1 views_bulk_operations_modify_action present. IE9 hangs.

This is a duplicate of bug #1595114: "float:left" CSS prevents selecting operations for "Modify entity values".
