Since these are bookmarks that take the user to another site; It would be nice if the target window for clicking on a link would pop up a new window. Perhaps:

They do not necessary go to external sites. With block enabled and it's quicklink feature it is very convenient to keep links to internal pages on hand, like "Add User" which is deep in menus.

Lots of people hate links which open in new windows... You can open any link in new window, but if there's target on link, you are forced to get new window.

So, please do not implement this "feature" ;)

It would be nice if there was on option next the URL input field that would allow the user to decide if they the link to open in a new window or not.

That should make everyone happy.
