That is incorrect. Developers (using code, not a UI) can add *attributes* not tags.
It would be useful if you could provide a diff file or something similar to see what changes and improvements you made to documentation.
Also, what page did you use to write that documentation?

nancydruRe: changes. Basically everything below the features list is new. Here's the original: http://drupal.org/node/101682/revisions/177368/view. It's pretty much the same as what's on the project page.
It's interesting that the thing you say is incorrect is in the original, and is on the project page.
It's been so long since I wrote this that I'm not sure what my sources were. If I can remember, I used a combination of the README and INSTALL files and a little original writing.
