The poroblem appears when I need to cache views pane that is using javascript in it like pagination or some other javascript. First time when the blocks are uncached its is all fine. All javascript are working. But as soon as the pane get cached the javascript is broken

I'm using the latest dev versions of panels, views and ctools.

What is googing on with this problem? I'm I the only one that currently has this problem? I think this is major problem for big sites. Now I'm not able to use the caching that comes with panels and all of my pages are rendered very slow. This is Big performance issue!

I haven't seen this issue no, and you've provided no convenient way of neither reproducing the problem nor a detailed description of the problem.
