Split the 'relation' and the 'restrict nodes per user' into two modules

Issue Summary

It seems that many people need this functionality, but not necessarily the relationship that comes with Node family.

I agree that has to split.

I've planned that nodefamily 2.x will be a pure node relation module, without any gui. So probably the rest would go into another, optional module.
