Python Consumers

Added Python consumers -- be sure to check out these daemons for MUCH better performance when consuming messages. Examples are included in amqp_python directory. Also updated AMQP Services consumers resource to account for external consumers communicating with Drupal "consumers" in a web-request way.

Other fixes

Properly send message type when publishing.
Fix queue_message function to account for earlier API change.
