"Subscribe to my blog" feature in User Profile page

It am not sure whether such a link needs to go onto the profile page but it would be nice if the admin was given the option to put such links on the user's blog page.

You can now simply put a link to subscriptions/add/type/blog/1 (where you have to replace the 1 by the user id) wherever you want and this lets people subscribe to the user's blog.

It might be sensible to put these links on blog pages by default, and similarly for other pages, like taxonomy listings.

They already are on each block post, and we already have a nice number of configuration settings...

(Don't assign yourself to an issue unless you want to work on it.)

I've removed the links and documented them in README.txt.

If anyone wants to supply a patch for the subscriptions_blog_ui.module, then I'll look at it. I think it would have to be a configurable option though.
