An AJAX HTTP request terminated abnormally when submitting the form correctly filled

I'm working on a mobile website using omega theme, I have a webform as block on the front page.
When I submit the form it get validated and if it has errors it shows them correctly, but if it was correctly filled it shows an error on an alert window, the submission gets saved correctly.
