can not delete or edit flagcoolnote type

i try to edit a type, and it doesn't work because page not found. also same for the delete action

@euroba Can you please provide the steps you have followed after which you find this issue.

same here.

installed. created new association between flag and webform.

after that, can't delete or edit. page not found.

also, after flag any content, An HTTP error 500 occurred.
