Taxonomy list of World Cities - For whoever needs it

I am in the process of producing Taxonomy vocabs for Cities.

Im going to create a seperate Vocabulary for each country and within each Vocab there will be a list of all cities for that country. I think its gonna take me a couple of days to complete this, but im going to make it available for everyone to use once its done.

How do i go about sharing this properly on Drupal.org so everyone can have access to it? Id appreciate some feedback, also if you have any ideas youd like to throw in before i start on this id be happy to take them in to account :)

The way i envision doing this is as follows:

1 Taxonomy Vocabulary for Country (This is already available as a module so i wont be making this).

2. For each country i will be making a separate Taxonomy Vocab, so for example:

UK - All UK cities
USA - All US cities
IR - All Iran cities
FR - All French cities

3. The user can then attach all those taxonomy vocabs to a node they want using taxonomy manager and then filtering each vocab depending on the country which is selected by the user using conditional fields

how does that sound?
