I'm glad that there is interest to port this module to Drupal 6.
I will try to find some time to make it happen in the next weeks as I'm pretty busy now.

Hi,
the port of this module to D6 will probably not happen.
I will focus on putting this module on Drupal 8 as Drupal 6 will become unsupported in less than a year.

If anybody wants to contribute D6 version, I'm open to help and commit it here.
Until then this issue is closed.
